In order to support and give direction to the research programme the consortium has three levels of management.
- The Advisory Board consists of representatives of the higher governing boards of the partner institutions and leading professionals and experts in the field of leisure and tourism. The Advisory Board supervises the functioning of the consortium and its broader organisational strategy.
- The Steering Committee runs the consortium, bringing together the operational managers from the partner institutions.
- The Research Facility provides the enabling environment for research activities. A small staff supports acquisition, expert portfolio management, and co-ordination of activities on a daily basis. They also support researchers with data-bases, research tools, complemented with external communication and PR.
